Ukraine notifies the adoption of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No 3 “On Approval of the Technical Regulation on Ecodesign Requirements for Household Dishwashers” of 03 January 2024.The Resolution was published on 05 January 2024 and will enter into force in six months after the termination or cancellation of martial law in Ukraine.Household dishwashers, which meet the requirements of the Technical Regulation on Ecodesign Requirements for Household Dishwashers, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No 736 of 14 August 2019 and placed on the market before the entry into force of the Resolution No 3 of 03 January 2024, may not be prohibited or restricted due to non-compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulation approved by the Resolution No 3.
