Ukraine notifies that the draft Resolution was adopted as the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 28 "On Approval of the Technical Regulation of Types of Agricultural and Forestry Vehicles" of 12 January 2024._x000D_ The Resolution was published on 18 January 2024 and will enter into force six months after its publication, except for paragraphs 3  and 6 of the Resolution, which will enter into force 30 months from the date of the Resolution's publication.Paragraph 3 of the Resolution  stipulates that the placement on the market and/or putting into operation of agricultural and forestry vehicles that meet the requirements of the Technical Regulation on type-approval  of  agricultural  or  forestry  tractors,  their  trailers  and  interchangeable towed machinery, together with their systems, components and separate technical units, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1367 of December 28, 2011 (notified as G/TBT/N/UKR/62 ) and the Technical Regulation on certain parts and characteristics of wheeled agricultural or forestry tractors, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1368 of December 28, 2011 (notified as G/TBT/N/UKR/63)  and are put into circulation before 01 June 2026, shall not be prohibited or restricted on grounds of non-compliance with the Technical Regulation approved by this Resolution.Paragraph 6 of the Resolution contains a list of the Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine that will become invalid due to the adoption of this Resolution. The Resolution also specifies that within 24 months from the date of its  entry into force, manufacturers may apply, at their option, the Technical Regulation approved by this Resolution, or the Technical Regulation on type-approval  of  agricultural  or  forestry  tractors,  their  trailers  and  interchangeable towed machinery, together with their systems, components and separate technical units, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1367 of December 28, 2011, or the Technical Regulation on certain parts and characteristics of wheeled agricultural or forestry tractors, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1368 of December 28, 2011.
