Ukraine notifies the adoption of the Order of the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine “On Approval of the Technical Regulation for Energy Labelling of Household Washing Machines and Household Washer-Dryers” on 30 October 2023. The Order was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on  25 December 2023 and published on 25 January 2024.The Order will enter into force simultaneously with the termination of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 702 of 07 August 2013 "On Approval of Technical Regulations on Energy Labelling", but not earlier than six months after its official publication.
