This Technical Code was developed for the purpose of certifying communications equipment under regulation 14 of the Communications and Multimedia (Technical Standards) Regulations 2000 [P.U.(A) 124/2000This Technical Code specifies the minimum requirement for Aeronautical Equipment designed for use in ground-to-air and air-to-ground aeronautical communications for civil aviation in Malaysia.
