In this document, the Space Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) seeks to refresh the record concerning the rules proposed in a 2020 Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (FNPRM) adopted in the Mitigation of Orbital Debris in the New Space Age rulemaking that sought comment on additional amendments to the Commission's rules related to satellite orbital debris mitigation.Comments are due 27 June 2024. Reply comments are due 12 July 2024.Title 47 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Parts 525 and 97_x000D_ This proposed rule is identified by IB Docket No. 22-271IB Docket No. 18-313DA 24-412. The Docket Folders are available on the FCC's website at https://www.fcc.gov/edocs. Comments are due on or before 27 June 2024; reply comments are due on or before 12 July 2024. Interested WTO Members and their stakeholders are asked to submit comments to the USA TBT Enquiry Point by or before 4pmEastern Time on 12 July 2024. Comments received by the USA TBT Enquiry Point from WTO Members and their stakeholders will be shared with the regulator and will also be submitted to the FCC Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS) if received within the comment period.
