Description

India had notified the "Electronics and Information Technology Goods (Requirements for Compulsory Registration) Order, 2021" to the WTO in document G/TBT/N/IND/44. the Order was suppressed by the "Electronics and Information Technology Goods (Requirements for Compulsory Registration) Order, 2021" notified under the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016. In continuation of the said WTO notification, India would like to inform the Members that it has carried out amendments to the aforesaid Order via its Gazette notification S.O.
