The U.S. Department of Energy ("DOE" or the “Department”) is revising its “Procedures, Interpretations, and Policies for Consideration of New or Revised Energy Conservation Standards and Test Procedures for Consumer Products and Certain Commercial/Industrial Equipment.” The revisions are consistent with current DOE practice and will allow DOE to better meet its statutory obligations under the Energy Policy and Conservation Act ("EPCA").This rule is effective 24 June 2024.Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 430This final rule and previous actions notified under the symbol G/TBT/N/USA/1717 are identified by Docket Number EERE-2021-BT-STD-0003.
