Description

The draft provides for: - correction of the names of subjects of technical regulation in the EAEU TR 051/2021;- expanding the EAEU TR 051/2021 with classification groups of various types of poultry meat products depending on the mass fraction of meat ingredients;- correction of concepts relating to poultry canned meat (offal), poultry canned meat (offal) for baby food and boneless poultry meat;- revision of labeling requirements and expanding the scope of application of the safety indicators established by the EAEU TR 051/2011 in relation to poultry meat (offal) products, taking into account its new classification features.
