Implementation stages). •••See below table 001 Description: Please be advised that, pursuant to Under-Secretariat for Trade Policy and Management (SSPYGC) Provision No. 1/2024, Article 1 of National Technical Regulation Directorate (DNRT) Provision No. 20/23, which provides for the initiation of the implementation stages described in Point 6 of Annex I to Secretariat of Domestic Trade (SCI) Resolution No. 910/2021: Specific Technical Regulation establishing the labelling and technical quality and safety requirements to be met by products identified as ceramic flags and tiles that are marketed in the Argentine Republic (G/TBT/N/ARG/344/Add.6), is superseded by a new Article 1, amending in particular the enforcement period foreseen for the second implementation stage, described in Point 6.3. "Certification" of Annex I to the aforementioned Resolution, and which now states that this second stage will begin on 30 January 2024, and thus the obligations laid down therein will become enforceable as of 28 July 2024.
