The public is invited to submit written comments on the proposed changes to these sections included in the August 2024 Express Terms during a second 15-day comment period from 22 August through 6 September 2024. Any interested person may submit written comments to the CEC for consideration on or prior to 6 September 2024. The CEC appreciates receiving written comments at the earliest possible date.
