Description

Ukraine notifies the adoption of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 949 "On Approval of the Technical Regulation on Ecodesign Requirements for Electronic Displays" of 20 August 2024. It was published on 22 August 2024.The Resolution will enter into force  simultaneously with the enforcement of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the cancellation of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine  No. 359 “On Approval of the Technical Regulation for Energy Labelling of TVs” of 24 May 2017.
