This draft notification is proposed to revise the Notification of the Herbal Product Committee Re: The Criteria, Procedures and Conditions for a Display of Herbal Product Name for the Application of Product Registration, Notification or Listing as well as the Display of Herbal Product Labels and Package Inserts B.E. 2564 (2021). The amendment includes criteria for naming herbal products, and labelling and package insert requirements for herbal products.
