Products covered: ICS : 67.040 (Food products in general)This addendum concerns the notification of the Ministerial Decree No.361/2024 (2 pages, in Arabic) which extends the shelf life of frozen fish and frozen liver stipulated in the Egyptian Standard ES 2613-2/2008 for "Shelf life for food products part 2: shelf life"(18 pages, in Arabic) to be ten months in case of frozen fish and twelve months in case of frozen liver from the date of slaughter.
