G/TBT/N/ECU/537/Add.1 - 2 -   The Republic of Ecuador hereby notifies the first revision (1R) of Ecuadorian Technical Regulation PRTE 173, "Hand-held and transportable motor-operated electric tools". It should be noted that, with respect to this Regulation, Ecuador has followed all the transparency and notification guidelines determined by the WTO, and that therefore, on 18 June 2024 in document G/TBT/N/ECU/537, the draft first revision (1R) of Ecuadorian Technical Regulation PRTE 173, "Hand-held and transportable motor-operated electric tools", was notified for 60 days on the WTO ePing platform for comments. No comments were received during this period.
