Description

Ukraine notifies that the draft Law of Ukraine "On Grapes and Viticulture Products" was adopted as the Law of Ukraine “On Grapes, Wine and Viticulture Products” No. 3928 of 22 August 2024.The Law was published on 04 October 2024.The Law will entry into force on 01 January 2026, except for paragraphs 1, 2, 4-10, 13-23 of subsection 1; subsections 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10 of clause 4; clauses 9 and 12 of Section XV “Final And Transitional Provisions” of the Law, which entered into force from the day following the day of publication of the Law.The Law of Ukraine "On Grapes and Grape Wine" No. 2662 of 16 June 2005 will become invalid as of the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Grapes, Wine and Viticulture Products” No.3928 of 22 August 2024, i.e. as of 01 January 2026.The operation of the Viticultural and Winemaking Register shall also be established from 01 January 2026.
