Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is correcting an error found in the Vessel Incidental Discharge National Standards of Performance final rule. The final rule appeared in the Federal Register on 9 October 2024 (notified as G/TBT/N/USA/1663/Add.3).
